A nice hot bowl of thick tomato soup is specially comforting in rainy weather or during winter months. If you are unwell or nursing a cold, this soup is definitely soothing & helps build an appetite. In fact this lovely sweet & tangy soup is inviting & flavorful with celery & coriander. Celery & coriander top the list of my favourite herbs. My family loves this amazing soup all the year round. In Pune, we are blessed with an abundance of fresh vegetables & fruits throughout the year & my vegetable basket is always adorned with luscious red tomatoes which I use lavishly while cooking or in salads.
