Fresh Carrot & Grape Salad

This salad is super quick and very easy which even a child can put together within minutes. It is absolutely delicious and perfect to be served with your daily meals. It can be served in pretty canapés at parties and tastes good in sandwiches too.

Children, young and old will love this refreshing and nutritious carrot & grape salad. It is wonderful as a light lunch and even better in your lunch box. It can be fixed within 15 minutes. Ingredients:

  • 250 gms. fresh Carrots (peeled & grated)
  • 2 cups fresh seedless Black Grapes
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise or to taste
  • A pinch – Salt
  • 2 tbsps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)

Procedure:
Just before serving, combine carrots, mayonnaise and salt in a sufficiently large bowl. Add fresh grapes and olive oil and mix well. Serve immediately.
