Christmas Fudge

Oh!  those gorgeous smooth & silky, melt in the mouth sweet candy squares… FUDGE!!! Scrumptious homemade fudge is always so special & satisfying. You can make a wide array of fudge which is ever so simple, quick & easy. You don’t have to slog & sweat it out over a stove, plus the bonus is that it not only looks like a million bucks, but tastes so divine…

Look at the beautiful colors… white, green & red… This lovely Christmas Fudge will look beautiful in your goodie tray when you serve your friends & family this Christmas. Ingredients :

  • 350 gms. White Chocolate (chopped)
  • 150 gms. Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsps. unsalted Butter
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Essence
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 100 gms. unsalted Pistachio nuts( roughly chopped)
  • 100 gms. glazed Cherries (roughly chopped)

Procedure :
Line a 9 inch square tin with foil/cling film or butter paper with overhang.

Lightly grease with some butter & set aside.

In a sufficiently large & heavy bottomed pan combine white chocolate, condensed milk, unsalted butter & a pinch of salt.

Heat the pan on a low flame & keep stirring till the chocolate melts completely.

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla essence.

Fold in the  pistachios, &  cherries.

Pour the contents in the prepared tin & smoothen the top.

Cool the fudge completely at room temperature & then refrigerate the fudge  until set.

Lift the fudge with the overhang out of the tin.

Discard the foil & cut into squares or any desired shape.

Store in the fridge & serve at Christmas  or eat right away… Enjoy! 😀
